NEW BEGINNERS WORKSHOP – ENROL NOW FOR OCTOBER
Learn the essential elements of a balanced yoga practice. Beginners are taught the fundamentals of yoga including alignment, basic postures and breath control. You will be guided step-by-step with adjustments and instructions to help build strength, confidence and flexibility.
gentle hatha (Mondays)
With confidence and experience, students are encouraged to develop a regular yoga practice and are guided through new poses weekly and move more deeply into postures, learning to take their practice to a whole new level.
hatha vinyasa flow (Mondays)
Experienced practitioners can focus on advancing your practice to a new level through breath and movement. Move into deeper flowing sequences. This progressive practice creates a balance of heat and calm in the body.
