At mandala yoga you will learn traditional hatha vinyasa yoga. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome. Based on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra and the 8 limbs of yoga, we offer expert advice and alignment-based instruction with demonstrations throughout the class.
Whatever your level of experience, we encourage you to go at your own pace, encouraging you to listen to yourself and learn how to work with your own body for optimal results.
